Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Yala Taxi account and all associated personal data at any time using one of the methods below.
This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove your personal information, trip history, and saved payment methods. This cannot be undone. If you wish to use Yala Taxi in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Delete via the App

Open the Yala Taxi app and sign in to your account.

Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.

Select "Settings" from the menu.

Scroll down and tap "Account" or "Manage Account".

Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You may be asked to confirm your identity.

Read the confirmation prompt and tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently delete your account.

Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our support team. Please include:
- The phone number or email address registered to your account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- A brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account

Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your confirmed request. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete. After deletion begins, you will no longer be able to sign in or recover your account.
